CoreWeave equity raise takes advantage of strength, says Rosenblatt

Rosenblatt says that after Nebius (NBIS) announced across the board price increases yesterday, CoreWeave (CRWV) followed today with commentary that it has “continued to contract new compute capacity at higher prices.” CoreWeave is taking advantage of its fundamental strength to bolster its balance sheet with an additional $6.3B in financing, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
