Christian Weedbrook

Christian Weedbrook is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Xanadu Quantum Technologies, a Canadian quantum computing company pioneering the use of photonics to build scalable and useful quantum machines. Under his leadership, Xanadu has advanced both quantum hardware and software, including cloud-accessible photonic systems and open-source tools, to broaden access and impact. Dr. Weedbrook holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Queensland and completed postdoctoral research at MIT and the University of Toronto.
