Liam Foley leads the Investor Relations and Corporate Development functions at Bullish (NYSE: BLSH), a global digital assets business advancing the tokenization of securities, including through its pending acquisition of Equiniti (subject to regulatory approval), a global share-registry and transfer-agent business alongside its trading and liquidity infrastructure, information services (including through its subsidiary CoinDesk), and data products. He helped lead the company through its initial public offering. Previously, he was Director of Corporate Development at Apex Fintech Solutions, a leading provider of clearing and custody solutions for the digital wealth ecosystem, where he built the firm's M&A team and processes and served as functional business lead for its capital-raise initiatives and other special projects. He also served as a Senior Business Analyst at PEAK6, an investment firm and family office that owns Apex Fintech Solutions, supporting the leadership team in diligencing investments and driving operational-improvement projects across its portfolio companies. Liam holds a B.S. from Cornell University's S.C Johnson School of Business.
