Jenny Hadiaris is the North America Head of Electronic Execution Services at Citi, where she leads the electronic sales and sales trading, platform sales, execution advisory, electronic product and portfolio trading teams in North America. Prior to Citi, Jenny was the Head of U.S. Electronic Sales Trading and Head of Global Market Structure at TD Cowen, where she served as a leading expert in equities regulation, trading technology, execution consultancy, liquidity dynamics and market microstructure. Prior to TD Cowen, Ms. Hadiaris led market structure teams at Deutsche Bank and RBC Capital Markets. Ms. Hadiaris serves on the board of the National Organization of Investment Professionals and was a member of the MEMX Exchange Board from 2020 to 2024. She holds a BA in Psychology from Harvard University.
