Biography
Daniel A. O’Byrne is Vice President and Head of Trading at Royce Investment Partners. Dan joined Royce in 1986 and oversees a team of eight traders and trade settlement professionals. A Specialist Investment Manager of Franklin Templeton Investments, Royce is dedicated to delivering high-quality investment portfolios to individual and institutional investors. With more than $13 billion in assets, Royce manages 10 open-end mutual funds, two variable annuity portfolios, SMA’s, and three closed-end funds. With a proven track record of more than 50 years, Royce has a seasoned staff of 82, including 27 investment professionals. Dan earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin and holds FINRA series 7 and 24 licenses.
