Biography
Tom leads the Securities and Markets team at HMT, with responsibility for capital markets, the trading of financial instruments, financial markets infrastructure, market conduct and issues around LIBOR transition. Prior to this, Tom has held a variety of roles, including heading up the Prime Minister’s G7 and G20 sherpa office in the Cabinet Office, and advising the Executive Director at the IMF and World Bank in Washington DC.
