Adam Wood

Adam is CEO of Turquoise Global and Head of Equities Commercial Proposition at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), based in the Netherlands.  Adam is responsible for running and growing both Turquoise venues (Europe and UK) with oversight of the Equities trading commercial proposition.

Adam relocated to the Netherlands in 2021, post-Brexit, as the Head of Turquoise Europe and Securities Trading Specialist Sales.

Prior to joining Turquoise in January 2019, Adam was Director of Prime Brokerage Sales at BCS Global Markets where he was responsible for synthetic prime brokerage and supported financing and trading access to emerging markets.

His previous roles include Relationship Management at ABN Amro Clearing, where he facilitated clearing and custody services. He was also part of the Business Development team at the London Stock Exchange as well as having experience as a Trader at Trafalgar Financial Futures.

Adam has a deep understanding that spans across multi-asset trading and post-trade, including beyond equities such as FX, Futures, and Commodities.
