ClearToken

ClearToken is a building clearing, settlement and custody infrastructure for digital assets—effectively applying traditional financial market infrastructure (clearing house, centrals securities depository) to the crypto realm. Recently they received the FCA authorization for CT Settle, its net settlement service for digital assets. The firm has built and refined its infrastructure over three years and is now mature and ready to go live. ClearToken raised $19 million in its Series A round in July 2025, with participation from Nasdaq, Coinbase (Deribit), Kraken, and other key strategic investors. The mission: reduce counterparty risk, streamline settlement and unlock institutional access by replicating trusted financial rails for tokenized assets.
