Phil joined Riot in March 2021 as Vice President, Capital Markets. With more than two decades of experience in the public markets, Phil brings a seasoned perspective and a wealth of practical experience to Riot. Phil is primarily responsible for the Company’s investor relations efforts and its interaction with both covering sell-side analysts and existing and prospective investors.
Prior to Riot, Phil was CFO of Citadel Exploration Inc. for eight years, where he was responsible for managing financial operations and implementing growth strategies. Prior thereto, Phil spent fifteen years on the sell side of the capital markets, primarily in equity research, with a focus on the energy sector.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from East Carolina University.
