Cristina Tate serves as Interim CFO and Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at Extreme. She leads Extreme’s Finance organization and is responsible for accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, internal auditing procedures, and supports investor relations. She is also responsible for worldwide financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and all finance business partnerships across the company’s various corporate functions.
Tate joined Extreme in March of 2019. Prior, she served as Vice President of Product Group Finance, and Vice President of FP&A and Central Functions Finance at Micro Focus and held several executive leadership roles at HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Cristina holds a B.A. in Economics & Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is passionate about empowering women and supporting diversity, inclusion, and equity in the corporate environment and serves as Chair of Extreme’s Women in Networking (WIN) Alliance.
