Ethan Chan is the co-founder and CEO of Allium, the system of record for onchain finance. Self-titled "Chief Data Plumber," Ethan leads Allium in turning petabytes of raw, complex blockchain data into standardized, audit-grade financial records. Under his leadership, the platform provides global institutions like Visa, Stripe, and Uniswap with accessible data across more than 100 blockchains.
Prior to founding Allium, he served as Director of Engineering at Primer AI, where he focused on large-scale artificial intelligence applications. His earlier career includes time at Microsoft and lecturing and conducting research in AI and natural language processing at Stanford University. He is a graduate of both Stanford University and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
