In addition to my core work partnering with exchanges, brokers, and internal stakeholders to build new markets, I am an authority on diverse market structure topics, with numerous whitepapers, panel appearances and media interviews addressing these subjects. Prior to my current role focusing on market structure, I traded equity index derivatives in Chicago and Amsterdam for over 7 years.
As head of the Principal Strategic Investments (PSI) group in Europe, I help Optiver identify and partner with entrepreneurs and founders at the cutting edge of financial markets. I also serve as a non-executive director (observer) for multiple FinTech companies and on the advisory boards for numerous established exchanges in Europe and North America.
