Simon Dove

Simon Dove has been part of the leading Quantitative & Electronic Liquidity Provider, Tower Research Capital Ltd, since January 2017. Simon’s role is to ensure TRC successfully addresses the changing liquidity landscape & delivers a class leading Systematic Internaliser, which offer’s further innovation & choice to market participants. TRC’s Systematic Internaliser (Si) has dominated the European ELP Si landscape & has been the largest by value traded in Europe since April 2018. With over 18 years in the industry, Simon works effectively with trading participants across a variety of asset classes & venues types. His stellar industry relationships & global market structure knowledge has built him a strong reputation for the ability to optimize liquidity provision across asset classes. Prior to joining TRC Simon spent 6 years with another Proprietary Trading firm following 10 successful years progressing through the ranks at the London Stock Exchange. He mastered the Life Cycle of the Trading work flows including owning and leading the commercial relationship with the Exchange’s key liquidity influences, the LSE Market Making Working Group.
