Isaac is a Managing Director and Global Head of Trading at AQR. In this role, he oversees the firm’s trading operations across all asset classes and regions. Prior to AQR, Isaac was the Global Head of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities at KCG, where he was responsible for all aspects of automated trading for the division. Previously, he spent nearly 12 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Managing Director in Interest Rate Products focused on Electronic Trading. He began his career in the Risk Management and Analytics group at BlackRock. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the MFA Trading and Markets Committee, on the CFTC Market Risk Advisory Committee (MRAC), the Nasdaq Institutional Traders Advisory Council (ITAC), and the CBOE Institutional Advisory Committee (ITC). Previously, he was a member of the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee (TBAC). Isaac earned a B.S.E. in Computer Science from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he was a Glucksman Research Fellow.
