In 2009, leveraging its industry-leading market structure and exchange space research efforts, Rosenblatt began providing investment banking and consulting services focused solely in the areas of capital markets and financial technology. This intense, singular focus, along with the fact that we are practitioners who trade and use these technologies every day, has allowed us to develop the deep domain expertise and unparalleled relationships in the industry that underpin our offering and distinguish us from generalist investment banks and financial institutions groups who cast their nets much wider. Our services include:

• Investment Banking: We arrange equity and debt capital raises in private markets and participate on syndicates in initial public offerings (IPOs), as well as provide mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advice. • Business Development Services: Recognizing that a transaction is not always the most pressing need, we also provide business development services to clients, utilizing our deep understanding of the value chain and the relationships we enjoy with leading market participants who are potential customers. The opportunities we identify, the introductions we make, and the deals we negotiate help our clients grow their businesses.

Another unique aspect of our offering is that twice a year at our Financial Technologies Summit (in New York and London) we bring the fin tech investment and vendor communities together to showcase leading technologies, provide a marketing/sales opportunity for the participating companies, and facilitate capital-raising. The attendees include the “who’s-who” of the capital markets and financial technologies verticals, such as strategy groups of the largest buy-side and sell-side firms, proprietary trading firms, exchanges, technology vendors, and private equity and venture capital firms specializing in this space.
