Direct and project manage the business process analysis of high-volume financial services securities trading systems. Evaluate functional requirements of internal and external financial services clients, recommending flexible functional solutions that meet current and future trading needs, including participation in project architecture and design activities. Work closely with business executives in defining and applying standards and architectural solutions firm-wide. Work with financial services clients to develop an understanding of the business and business process impact of new systems on current business operations, and design and document new/changed workflow and business processes. Manage development and execution of business aspects of test scenarios. Recommend innovative business approaches, products and solutions to best support project objectives. Gather, analyze and document business requirements for major system enhancements or full system selection and implementation. Monitor project progress to standardize and improve systems to better support business processes. Assist in development of project scope, budget, timelines and management. |
JOB REQUIREMENTS |
|
MBA and five years of experience in full-lifecycle financial services project management. Prior experience must include back office business analysis of securities trading systems. Must have PMP certification.
